Elitea is a real estate company specialising in selling freehold properties on the Costa del Sol. It is located in Andalucia on the Costa del Sol in Guadalmina, 6 miles west of Marbella.
Elitea was founded by two French professionals who have a passion for the Andalucian life. They both live with their families in Marbella, and put their heart and soul into running the real estate company. They have worked for multinational companies in Spain for many years, have experience of European markets, and have worked with numerous countries such as the UK, France, Belgium, Holland, Spain, etc… They are tri-lingual; speaking English, Spanish and French.
Elitea belongs to the new generation of real estate professionals, filling the gap between multinational real estate firms and small local agents who can only offer a reduced portfolio of products.
Elitea applies outstanding rules of ethics and offers one of the widest portfolios of products on the coast. It has a special emphasis on the largely green western area of the Costa del Sol.
This area running from Marbella to Sotogrande has a controlled architecture, limiting the height and character of buildings and respecting the new European directives on seashore protection.
